Instead of going through Airbnb, we went directly through Haven. We stayed a month in Carlsbad in a 5 bedroom home. It was conveniently located near a park and some shops and restaurants. The home was nice, but could use some updating. The pool with slide was the highlight. Communication was okay, although not always timely.

If I could give Brock at Haven Hospitality 10 stars I would! My parents were renting a different place through VRBO for 4 weeks until that Host turned awful and hostile after only 2 weeks. We had to quickly find a spot for them. I found a unit through Haven Hospitality and we couldn't have been happier. Not only was Brock super responsive, he was also kind enough to show us the unit the day I reached out to him. Brock was very helpful getting us into a last minute rental when our AirBNB did not have heat. He was responsive, kind and very generous with a quick turn around. We appreciated his thoughtful goodies at the beautiful rental. We are definitely keeping his number for the next time we are in San Diego!
