Terrible. They failed at their only task and that was to provide comfort to my Mother. Leaving a person is pain and agony for 10 days due to constipation is not comfort care. They told us they had to staff to take us on as a patient. When we got my mom home, we were told the case manager was on vacation. And the last five days she was alive, the case manager was on vacation again and we didn’t hear from anyone at Hospice. Case manager Ashonte, never even bothered to call and give condolences. I am still bitter from the treatment Haven Hospice gave my wife as she died from dementia. I hired them for my wife while she was in memory care at The Village in Gainesville, FL. They visited me multiple time to make sure they collected on my insurance. They visited her ONCE and stayed only 2 minutes. They did not give a damn about her or providing any of the services they promised. When she died on January 24, 2023, a Haven rep showed up, declared her dead and left. He, too, was pathetic. Had some issues with care given to family member and went up the chain of command trying to get answers till i was told by there president to get over it, Would not recommend anyone use this organization with a leader like her
