Haven Heating/Baumann & Degroot did an amazing job with our recent install of central air! We would highly recommend them for your service needs. We had 12 estimates, and we are so glad we chose them. Chad took the time to explain additional work that needed to be completed for safety purposes. Then the crew ran into a few items that needed to be replaced the day of install and to get the job done timely as we had guests coming in, they had two additional crews come to help! Thank you so much!

I had central air/heat pump installed in 2023. Long story short, it has never worked correctly and has left me without heat in January for about a month on and off. Every time it broke, it took a week or more to get anyone out to look at it, leaving me relying on my wood stove to heat the entire home. I don't think they considered it an emergency since I did have a wood stove but that was never intended to heat my whole home for extended periods of time, cost me a lot more in firewood, and many extra hours of hauling firewoo... read more
