Had someone coming today to check on my furnace that was not working. Turns out the ignitor was broken and the guy went out to get a replacement, once he came back, he changed it and had everything ready in less than 10 minutes but then charged me 278 for the ignitor itself that cost around 40~60 online… Since my husband was on a call I just paid it on top of the 85 fee for diagnoses (363 total), and once my husband finished the call and told me this part should not cost that much, I called the company and they just said the... read more
Our ac went out when it was the hottest so far this year in Michigan. We called haven got a quote, they provided a great electrician to help and the guys installed a condenser and coil for us within a few days of calling. By far the best company we've ever worked with. They're quick, fair priced, and their guys know what they are doing. Will let everyone I know who their go to heating company should be :)
Great experience with Haven Heating! We needed a custom filter box made for our furnace. They were able to build what we needed. The price was more than fair & the staff was friendly, dependable, and professional! Highly recommend!
Noticed heat was not working and contacted on Saturday evening. I received a call within an hour from the owner Jack, and he had someone out on Sunday morning. They diagnosed the issue and came back with the parts first thing Monday morning to do the repair. I enjoy and appreciate working with the people here, and I have been a satisfied customer since I first used their service in 2012.
Fantastic, friendly, and prompt service! Knowledgeable technicians who are friendly, informative, and absolute saviors when your furnace breaks. Best option for sure, and they'll get you fixed up!
