Dr. Pham has been a blessing. My daughter was first seen by him about 2 years ago and we had been to other ophthalmologists who had not been able to successfully help my daughter’s condition. She was constantly in discomfort and Dr.Pham was patient and was able to find the correct medication that has completely improved her daily life. She is able to play outdoor sports without any eye discomfort.
I brought my 4 year old daughter in for an eye exam. Unfortunately, our experience with the doctor was not a positive one. During the exam, my daughter’s eyes had been dilated, which can already be uncomfortable and confusing for a child. She was doing her best to follow the doctor’s instructions, but I noticed he was not very patient with her. Dr. Pham takes his commitment to patient comfort and care seriously. I saw Dr. Pham for cataract surgery a year ago and the results exceeded my expectations. I recently saw Dr. Pham for an eye issue (unrelated to the cataract surgery) and to say that he addressed the problem quickly and thoroughly is an understatement. Excellent doctor - My husband and myself are Dr Pham's patients. His office provides a streamline procedure for office visits. Within 30-45 minutes, we have completed our appointment. There is no double, triple or quadruple booking of patients at the same timeframes which we have come across at other doctor's offices. I’ve been coming here for at least 2 years and the Dr is very knowledgeable and welcoming. He really listens when I’m speaking with him, I really like that. I wish more doctors would do that.
