Visiting from Seattle on our first trip exploring the Treasure Valley. Came across this builder and visited a few of their communities. The homes are well constructed, and the communities are beautiful.
Toured the homes in Haven on our visit to the area. The home we looked at was facing an alfalfa field. It was beautiful and quiet. WPG builds a wonderful home!
If you’re considering the purchase of a Woodbridge Pacific Group home run, don’t walk to another option. We purchased a $1m+ home in WPG’s Haven Community a year ago. Issues with the irrigation system have been ongoing for almost 3-years with no solution from WPG. After the first summer irrigation experience, WPG amended the CC&Rs to state there’s no guarantee of water – they realized their system design and the nature of irrigation water allotment in the Treasure Valley wouldn’t support an uninterrupted supply of irrigation... read more
