If you’re considering the purchase of a Woodbridge Pacific Group home run, don’t walk to another option. We purchased a $1m+ home in WPG’s Haven Community a year ago. Issues with the irrigation system have been ongoing for almost 3-years with no solution from WPG. Imagine paying money for a “luxury” home and the irrigation water doesn’t turn on. Unless you want dead grass don’t come near here. The planning for this community was completely flawed.
If you always want to be guessing at when you will be having irrigation water in order to water your lawn, then definitely move here.
