The management team is very rude and not helpful at all. They never answer the phone, when they do the manager is never in and when you go in to the office they never come out to help they do everything in their power to avoid talking to you. When she finally comes out she talks to you like you are stupid. Oh and don't forget all the additional fee's they charge when you leave!
the apartments are nice, the Manager (Allison ) is a Real witch,m.They would rather hand out tickets for dogie poop being on the lawn then actually taking care of the apartments. For the price, you could stay at a much nicer place with way much nicer managers with way better attitudes. She outright told me that my roommate was a scumbag .Very unprofessional and don't forget all the harassing letters and knocks on the door about the noise level. Even during the day!
