Very rude African American lady who works here. Her name is either India or China I was going to sign a lease here but she always has a nasty attitude. i can tell she hates her job. she said she is the assistant manager. i hope they get a better staff i feel sorry for the residents who have to deal with her. she degrades the community with her unprofessional-ism and horrid attitude. gives the apartments a ghetto aura.
I don’t feel safe with having that maintenance worker being here a few hours prior before his shift..sleeping in the car. This is not the first incident he parks in different places each week. I’m sure he watches everyone’s routine and plotting something. Please do something about this or I will have to contact the police about him. He just sits in the car and watches me leave to work not saying a word. Literally pops up from his seat whenever someone comes in the parking lot.
The people that live in this complex are savages. When I moved out, Groceries were stolen... 2 tvs were stolen... someone took my father's peace plant from his funeral You would think if they could afford to live there they wouldn't have to steal. But I guess not. Stay away from 3048! They steal over there
I absolutely LOVE The Haven. I have no idea what the other reviews are talking about bugs everywhere. I’ve been living there for 6 months, it’s very quiet, clean, and the staff is phenomenal. I have not experienced any stealing as when you’re evicted they do place your things neatly in a parking space and outline it with yellow tape. My friend and I were looking for two units in the same complex so we could move at the same time and stay in close proximity of each other. Bailey and Megan are absolutely outstanding and we can’t wait to move in next month...down the hall in the same building from one another! We thoroughly enjoyed our tour, & saw no evidence of “bugs” some others have talked about.
