RecommendedWe have been here since 2017 and just renewed our 3rd lease. We love Summer & Holly who are always there to help at anytime. The other residents are friendly and it’s dog friendly. They take the time to schedule fun events for families and are close by stores has been a plus for us as well. If you’re looking for a nice beautiful place to call home, Haven at Augusta has accomplished that for us

This establishment never answers the phone. When they do they are rude and give Realtors and Customers the run around. Super UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

So far this apartment is wonderful! Great set up and the kitchen has very nice appliances. I would definitely recommend others to move in!
Me and my boyfriend moved a little but ago but it is amazing!!! Lots of sunlight, super friendly staff and any problems they come really quick to fix it!! Amazing place I can see us living here for a while
I love it here! The apartment itself is beautiful and designed well. The community itself is filled with great people. It’s quiet and pretty central to both woodlands and Tomball! I wish there was a little dog park on the property, but boroughs park is right across the street so that kind of makes up for it! As well It would be pretty cool is there was a volleyball net or basketball goal on the property just to goof around on. But again boroughs Park is right across the street.
