Dirty They do not clean the dog park The hall way and lobby is always dirty and smell bad
I wouldn't move here I've lived here since 2019 and it was nice when I first moved in. The grounds were maintained, trash was picked up at a decent time, and neighbors were courteous. I don't know what happened, but everything went downhill drastically right before COVID hit. Trash started getting picked up around 1-2am. It used to get picked up by midnight at least. We're required to pay for valet trash so why am I still paying if they're not picking it up? Parking used to be plentiful when I moved in, but now it's just awf... read more
Pet Owners The management at the property are not doing anything about the residents that have pets. The stairways and hallways smell because resident do not pick up after their animals. It’s really disgusting and something that a non pet owner should not have to be worrying about.
3rd year here!! We have been here since 2017 and just renewed our 3rd lease. We love Summer & Holly who are always there to help at anytime. The other residents are friendly and it’s dog friendly. Close by stores has been a plus for us as well. If you’re looking for a nice beautiful place to call home, Haven at Augusta has accomplished that for us

This is an awesome place to live! It is close to everything you may need, and it secluded from all of the noise! I highly recommend these apartments that feel like home!
This establishment never answers the phone. When they do they are rude and give Realtors and Customers the run around. Super UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
Best look elsewhere. Best look elsewhere cuz they don’t respond to residents concerns. They don’t answer the phone, or VM. They are kinda shady to be frank. Promise things and they don’t follow thru. My washer leaked all over the floor and they told me it would be fixed on Monday. Didnt happen. Then it was to be fixed on Tuesday, that didn’t happen. I called through out the day. They don’t answer phones. I’m a cancer Pt and don’t need this added stress. It’s been a real problem here from day one.
