The landscapers are loud in the mornings on Wednesdays , like they can’t do it in the afternoon?
DO NOT STAY HERE. WONT GIVE YOU DEPOSIT BACK WILL MAKE “DAMAGES” UP JUST TO MAKE SURE THEY GET THEIR MONEY. Unique and the rest of this company has yet to respond to me after 3 months about the rest of my deposit. Terrible management and people all around. Go some place else i promise it will be better.
Bothered to send a text asking if I was available today but I guess they didn’t keep their own hours or return at the time they set. Looks like a nice complex though just won’t be renting here since I don’t appreciate inconsistency.
Raised prices a ridiculous amount without adding any extra value. Save your money and look elsewhere pool is small for the complex sucks. Rent way to high and will not work with you at all.
