Lived there for short of two years. If we could’ve moved sooner and give zero stars we would. Will not get anything out of our deposit back due to made up charges. A/C went out several times during summer and we were told the problem was fixed after the first time. We thought our car was stolen and had to call the police to find out it was towed for no reason and no notice given as to why. Dog poop everywhere and they don’t do a damn thing about it. We were residents at Haven for approximately 11 months before moving out to look for better accommodations. So here I am to share the good, the bad, and the ugly. TL;DR: Not a family friendly environment. Poor communication and no responsibility taken by management. We have two little girls and my wife was pregnant and we were unwilling to continue to live in those conditions. Pros: Lots of green spaces, aesthetically very nice. I rented there for a year. My lease was 14 months. I decided to leave because I felt unsafe . I had my car broken into twice . And they dont seem to care . I had a gal who lives there go into my aparentment and stole expensive items out of my apartment . There are drug problems there . Teens destroy the facility at night . When ask to place cameras , crickets . They kept my deposit of 1800 and now wants over 4000 since I left because I left violated and the safety was bad . The landscapers are loud in the mornings on Wednesdays , like they can’t do it in the afternoon?
DO NOT STAY HERE. WONT GIVE YOU DEPOSIT BACK WILL MAKE “DAMAGES” UP JUST TO MAKE SURE THEY GET THEIR MONEY. Unique and the rest of this company has yet to respond to me after 3 months about the rest of my deposit. Terrible management and people all around. Go some place else i promise it will be better.
