This is the worst place I've ever lived.... Several people have decided to move out as their lease expires. I'm one of them
Oy vey! This is the worst place I've ever lived! The rent is too high and the landlady is very disrespectful. She harasses people that she doesn't like. It doesn't matter if you pay your rent on time every month. She lies and tries to play games. She starts fights with tenants and when she loses the fight she starts to cry and complain. Of all the horrible places to live Haven Arrms Apartments is the worst. Yesterday the landlady had all of her tires slashed. Before that it was the maintenance guy whose tires were slashed. Before you move in here you should ask yourself "is this the place I want to live?" AND THERE'S ONE LAST THING I'D LIKE TO MENTION..A RESIDENT NAMED "FRANKFORD" LEFT A REVIEW ADDRESSING THE THEFT'S THAT WERE ALLEGED TO HAVE BEEN M DONE BY THE MAINTENANCE GUY.
