What a great experience this on site association office has provided me. Nothing but smiles ,positive attitudes/atmosphere and just a joy to be around. Even though I don’t have any actual need to go to the residents office anymore , I find myself stopping in just to lift my own mood!!! Oh yeah ,the facilities are groomed, clean and well maintained. It feels more like a neighborhood then apartment complex
If you're looking for a great place to live at a reasonable price, look no further. Haven is hands down the best apartment complex I've ever lived at. First off, the location is amazing! It's 10 minutes from the ocean front, 15 minutes from Shore Drive, 15 minutes from Town Center, 5 minutes from Target, Kroger, Walmart, Trader Joe's, Freshmarket, Aldi, and Food Lion. 264 is just past all of these stores as well, so it's easy to hop on the highway for your commute. Great place to live. The staff in the leasing office are great and always willing to help. Sometimes it may not feel like they are listening but trust they are. Just have to be a little patient. The only downside is no assigned parking so a lot of people abuse having multiple vehicles and take the spots closest to the units which sucks sometimes. The maintenance team is the best. I’ve lived here for 3 years and it’s easily the most well-maintained property in the area. The maintenance team is outstanding — always responsive, professional, and truly care about the residents. The gym is a great bonus, and Sharron does an amazing job keeping everything clean and well taken care of. Couldn’t speak more highly of the staff and the overall experience living here.
I have been a resident of Haven for 3 1/2 years. I just want to say that the staff, Especially the office and maintenance personnel-have always been very professional, courteous,and prompt to address any issue I may have had during my time here. I just wanna say thank you
