I've only had one interaction thus far - but it was good! Called in to submit a parking sticker request form via e-mail rather than snail mail. I spoke with Susan, and we quickly got the form emailed and stickers sent. They arrived at my mailbox a few days later. Thanks!

PISS POOR company with HORRIBLE people skills!! Do not interrupt me when I'm talking to you, Jennifer Conlin! HOA's are such BS! Lets get real we all know they do nothing to improve the community and it is basically a cash grab! We were cited for a few weeds in our rock bed along the side of our house (get a life HAVEN). My wife keeps an amazing garden and yard. Shame on Haven management company for their pettiness and inconsistency.! If I could give negative stars I would.

I have to give a star to write my review. Note: it's a negative star! Not sure what these people do, but I'm certain of what they DON'T do and that is not treat residents equally. Looking to move out of here ASAP. Done!

The 1 star reviews below are spot on. It is amazing to me how bad this company actually is. Their communication is terrible, they do not return calls or email, their employees are rude and obviously not trained to properly deal with homeowner issues and complaints and their accounting department has proven to be completely incompetent. When I called to try to again attempt to resolve an issue I thought was taken care of 6 months ago the receptionist, Susan Payne, mocked me and said "blah, blah, blah" and basically stated she... read more

Poor communication and management, don't care about the customer. Fees are atrocious, attempt to resolve - look at the reasons above. I've been advised the wrong information by employees over the phone TWICE (hence the fees) but (of course) they have no record or notes of who I had talked to or what they had said. Simply absurd, unbelievable that such excuses are even allowable these days in this digital record-keeping era.
