I called for service on my fireplace because it didn't work they said I needed a new part and they would order it as long as I approved it I paid for service call + $21 because didnt have change i told them i definitely when it fix just credit me the 21$ never heard back from the company they it's been a month now I could have really use the fire place on a day like today being 19 degrees. Very unprofessional and unreliable.
