Wow is all I can say....I desperately wanted a house with a wood burning fireplace and this house...it was originally wood but converted to gas...it was "inoperable" but Bob performed a miracle and converted it back to a wood burning fireplace. It is absolutely beautiful and just what I wanted. And it did not cost me an arm and a leg. Very reasonable price. Thank you Bob for making a miracle happen and for making my dreams of a wood burning fireplace come true. 5+++++++ stars! And Jenny 5 stars to you too for all your help!
We have hired this company several times and they did a great job. The first time we hired them i was very scared of getting soot all over my carpet but when the job was completed everything was in tip top shape!! I highly recommend this company,we are getting ready to hire them again it makes me feel safe running a fire all season knowing everything that accumulated from the year before has been cleaned out!
Havelock Chimney just finished installing my natural gas fireplace today. While it has been a bit of a journey to get to today, Bob and his folks were top notch. While my fireplace, itself, is a great product, Bob and Jenny and the rest of the folks went the extra mile to make sure every step of the process worked well. They were all fantastic.
