Seemed like a good guy I recommended him to a friend and he went there a few times but then he turned his back to him and wouldn't even return a call and left him stranded because he didn't buy his scooter from him. Not a good way to run a business and it's not cool leaving someone stranded thats disabled.

Took my scooter here for a diagnosis and was told it had low voltage. On their advice, I bought another battery and brought it in to be installed. I gave them two days to repair it and when I returned, nothing had been done yet and it was still torn apart on the floor. I was told they had “gotten real busy” and I would be ready in an hour. I recently purchased a scooter for my father here and I couldn’t be happier! Matt (the owner) has repaired his scooter in the past, and does excellent work, but when it was time for a replacement, they worked with us on the price and found a scooter that my dad was very happy with. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and made sure my dad was comfortable operating it. I highly recommend them for repairs and purchases!

We recently rented a scooter from Havasu Mobility Scooters. What a fantastic company. The lady was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. The service was seamless and everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend this company for rental needs or purchases.

We picked up a scooter to rent for a week. They were very helpful in showing us how to disassemble the scooter.
