Don't understand all the negative reviews. I have had nothing but great interactions and customer service. Most recently my mailbox rental was due while i was unfortunately in the hospital for a few months. When I got out and able to function again I gave them a call and explained, they waived the key deposit since I still had my key, and didnt charge me to set a new box up because of the unforeseen circumstances. thats stand up customer service in my eyes and why I will continue to give them my business. Great business! I was injured, stuck on the sofa and couldn't mail out an important letter, so they allowed me to email them, and they printed it out for me and mailed it. Super sweet of them. They didn't even charge me a stamp. Talk about "pay it forward!" I would do business with them for sure.
