Paul was an excellent technician. He introduced himself and told me what he was gonna do. He kept me updated as things went on. I really appreciate his professionalism and thoroughness in my house.

Paul asked how things were going and listened to the answers. He made suggestions and was happy to do an inside spray along with an outside. I only saw one bug, but it was freaking me out. Paul was very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained everything before he did it and when was finished, he asked if I had Any questions.
