My first infrared sauna treatment was amazing! It's crazy how you can produce such a deep, cleansing sweat while relaxing and not feeling too overheated. I can't normally tolerate the heat of traditional saunas for more than 10 minutes. A day later, I feel great! I'm more energized and had an awesome workout with much more (detoxifying) sweat than normal. I'm excited to purchase a package and make this part of my healthy routine.
It's like a hot savasana detox. Intense, feels really good, great space, and delightful people who are there to show you how to sweat it out. Just... drink lots of water ��
I wasn't really sure what to expect, in my mind I was assuming just your average Sauna just in a private setting. I was pleasantly surprised with how wonderful my experience was. It was comfortable upscale boutique environment, which made me feel welcomed and relaxed. The individual room and pod made it easy to feel calm and soothed before evening getting in the pod.
