If you aren't using infrared saunas.. you had better start and come here! This place has got it going on with their private sauna pods that allow you to keep your head out and breathe while sweating your toxins away. They have aromatherapy diffusers in the rooms and essential oil soaked cold rags that take the experience up a notch. Remember to drink plenty of water and coconut water with activated charcoal before you come sweat it out!

My husband and I came from Ohio to visit the sauna studio. We wanted a little pain relief. He suffers from pain from an old car accident and I have an autoimmune disease. We had the tandem room. It was so relaxing.The staff was so sweet and helpful. We both loved our time there. For me I felt a great reduction in pain for about a week after. I definitely recommend this place. The music and set up of the room was a great escape for us! It really warmed our souls!
I went had my first session today and I was mostly pleased. My only complaint was the noise. I could hear everything going on in the building and I think at one point there was a drill! As in someone using a drill! It took away from the spa/meditation experience. However, my back had been killing me for weeks and I am so pleased with how I feel tonight.
