I order hair Aug 4th 3026. I received a call that the hair was in and being shipped out on 08/11. Since I didn’t not receive a tracking number I emailed them on 08/20 inquiring about the tracking number. I received an email later that night and was informed the hair was in (08/20)and would be shipped out on 8/20 which contradicted the response on 08/11. This review is based on customer service and not the actual hair as I have not been able to purchase. Yesterday I made an in store appointment at 2pm. I drove 1hr from Ashburn, VA to DC only for the doors to be bolted shut. I attempted to call multiple times. No answer. Reached out on IG no response. I have an appointment to have my extensions colored on Monday and then an install on Friday. They are not open on the first Saturday of the month which would be tomorrow. The hair purchased was of poor quality and had a strong fragrance as if it had been doused heavily in perfume. The owner, Mia, responded to my email where she asked me to come in for an exchange. She was unprofessional and did not honor the exchange as she had no similar products in stock. Overall terrible experience and $300 down the drain.
