Leaving a second review since it seems my last one was deleted! I just wanted to say that this hair is fantastic!!😍 I originally purchased the Cambodian kinky curly to blend with my natural curls in 2022 and it looks absolutely amazing still. I don't need to return as much as I do because the hair is so good! However, I keep coming back for the service and the quality. I trust the hair because I do I'll get it in a timely manner and the hair will look fantastic with my 4c texture. I'm a Hautie for Life.

I have never had anything but stellar and positive experiences from Haute Hair. I am on my 4th purchase from them and each time the hair quality is superior. It is honestly like it grew out of my head and lasts for a long time. I do everything with it, and always receive compliments on my hair and have referred them several times over the years. I’ve been sending my clients and friends here to purchase hair . I went in last Thursday to get the hair , they did not have it in stock . I ordered it , and they said it will come in yesterday (7 days later) and they will call me . I had to reach out to them , they said the order doesn’t look like it was going to be in , so they offered me a different texture and one tight curl Cambodian and the other tight curl Indian . I was so happy to install bundles from this company. Unfortunately the hair is tangled and unable to hold a curl. I’ve reached out to the seller and I am waiting for a response. UPDATE: After reaching out to Haute Hair they were willing to help me resolve the issue. Although a refund would have been ideal, I was aware of the no-refund policy. I am nervous to pay for another install but I am grateful for all of their help! Customer service was definitely 5 stars.
