What a great studio! The team is super welcoming, the studio is aesthetically beautiful and very clean. And the class whooped my butt! Challenging and technical but encouraging. The instructor paid attention to form and offered modifications, you can tell they are experienced pros. Definitely will be back!Â
I love haute barre! My favorite are the Wednesdays and Fridays at noon!!! It’s the perfect time. I love how they put our names on the lockers and I so appreciate the cold scented towels at the end! Highly recommend. :)Â

I am visiting SD for the weekend and had no idea what to expect. As an avid Barre student, I had high expectations for this place and they blew my mind! The class was incredibly challenging in the best way, Stephanie (instructor) was so encouraging and energetic, Madison (front desk) was so welcoming and they even put my name on the locker with a hand written welcome note.
