This stylist is very unprofessional. I showed up on time for an appointment only to be refused to be serviced due to my hair not being "detangled". This stylist services African American women's hair and majority of her extension services include shampoo service, which may include detangling due to hair texture. This stylist showed no empthy for my time being wasted. She tends to mistreat certain clients depending on her mood. Please beware booking with this stylist.
