very rude. i had to fly out to see my sick grandma on sunday and tried to cancel my appointment for today. they are closed sunday and monday so i wasn’t able to get ahold of them. i thought i had cancelled through their website because the appointment was no longer showing on my end but then got a text notification this morning. i called them to explain the situation today and the lady over the phone was not understanding and had a very rude demeanor. they charged me anyway. will not be rebooking with them and so glad i neve... read more

First time experience here & the atmosphere was refreshing! Beautiful salon & I was greeted upon arrival, Anna did my hair extensions and was very bubbly and friendly! I had a few questions and she was more than willing to educate! Had so much fun chatting with her. Would recommend!
