I asked for information on two studios that are STILL available at the time of this review on both their website and zillow.com. I emailed and texted the number given on the website. It’s been over a week since I first emailed and there has been no response. I understand if they didn’t want me as a tenant or the property is pending, but I would appreciate some kind of communication so I’m not wasting my time.
Applied for a townhouse the day after it being shown. Asked if there were any other interested people and was told no. Once everything was set and done and got approved I was ghosted until the next day and was then informed the unit had been filled. Took our application fee and everything. If that didn’t make matters any worse the agent tried up selling us into another unit that was $500 over what we were trying to spend monthly. The maintenance requests have been handled fairly quickly, but that’s about the only positive. There has been some sort of an issue from day one. Upon resigning our lease, we got kicked out of the app used to pay rent due to no fault of our own and they still charged a late fee. Overall, unresponsive and uncaring for the most part. We had an issue on our account and when I went in they kindly explained what happened and fixed the problem quickly. Not only that they took the time to go through my complete history to make sure my account was accurate and up to date. Without that I would have been out a lot of money. I have loved renting through this team the last two years!!
