Just had an incredible customer experience with Elle who works at Haus of Savannah. I called their store with a very unusual request to allow me to organise my own courier to collect a dress I wanted to buy because I needed the dress that day but had no car and was based on the Northern Beaches. Not only did she facilitate this request, but she was also kind enough to video call me to show me the dresses in store. I wish I lived closer because I'd be in here all the time. Thank you so much again Elle - you are wonderful.
