Best experience I’ve ever had living in this area. Out of four apartments. Dave Adams is lovely to work with.
Honestly, the best landlord/building manager Ive ever had out of 4 in Boston. Leave, and you most likely will wish you hadn’t. Dave Adams was always very easy to communicate with, was very understanding and everything on that property was maintained better than anything Ive lived in in the Kenmore/Backbay area.
My boyfriend and I have lived at 525 Newbury St (a building owned by Haus of Realty) for 2 years. Dave (the owner) has been, by far, the best landlord I have had to date (I have lived in Boston for 10 years and have had 6 different landlords). Dave is considerate, professional, kind, and responsive. Whenever we had a concern, or something needed to be fixed, Dave had it handled within 24 hours.
