I absolutely would not recommend Dr. Tsay. She misdiagnosed my 4 year old and treated her with the wrong antibiotic when she needed a topical. PM pediatrics in Forest Hills got my daughter correctly diagnosed and treated. Next, she did not admit to it and clearly did not like that I took my child elsewhere. Then she recently told me to fax over the paper work for her to fill out after recently doing my eldest daughter's physical.
