We just adopted our latest pet from them. They have cared for ALL our pets and feral cats for many years, and I give them FIVE STARS.
So not happy with them! It takes days for them to call you back, i usually have to call them back. My dog is my baby, & i wouldn't wait days for pediatrician to call back. Dr conover is the best dr there, & he is partially retired, so it's hard to get him. Dr degeorge is a joke. I certainly won't bring any new pets i get there!
I have an 11 Year old Boxer who was has been having seizures for the past 2 Months and she has gotten worse over the last couple of weeks. I used another animal hospital who I was not happy with. I've brought my dog to Hauppauge Animal Hospital for years and I've had my first dog there as well. The staff there know how to make people feel comfortable.
