I am appalled this is totally unacceptable treatment to all the animals!! I have been coming to Hauppauge Animal Hospital since early 1970's! I have adopted 2 of their cats in the last 7 years one they actually asked me to adopt. In the last 2 years something has happened and this place is not caring for the animals since all the remarkable staff has left even the doctors. There is one doctor left who is remarkable Dr. Forsberg but he is only part time and does not do surgery. July 30th I brought my new puppy in for her spay... read more

I went there with my multi-poo, because he was reacting to flea collar, losing hair... The vet gave him a shot of steroid and or pills...a while back... End result he triggered diabetes and has to take insulin twice a day. I’ll never go back!
Recommendedvery caring staff...answered any and all questions ive ever had no matter how ridiculous they sounded and called as soon as procedure was done and didnt give me problems when i called to check...
