My husband and I just needed help removing a bunch of furniture we had crowding our house and Jonathan was very quick and efficient. We truly enjoyed our experience with him.
Johnathan went above and beyond in all aspects of customer service. Did the job super fast. Very professional, and communicative. Like that he checked in both by e-mail and text, and has various ways to be able to do pay him. We had an payment issue and he was an awesome guy on how he handled it! 10/10 would recommend. Contact is saved in phone because I plan on calling him for a furniture pick up before winter. Also, appreciate that he is in a near by city, literally next door.
This Group, was in every respect, a pleasure to work with. Starting with their receptionist and hauling staff...every one was courteous, and responsive. They clearly understand the concept of customer service and go out of their way to leave you pleased with their efforts. Highly recommend them for all of your hauling and trash removal...they are truly a five star service.
Accommodated a tight schedule we had with delivery of new furniture. On-time, fast professional service. Gave price by reviewing pictures of what we wanted hauled away. Cost was lower than what the furniture delivery company wanted to haul out the old furniture. About half what 1-800-GOT-Junk was asking.
Haulin’ Junk is one of the MOST efficient companies I have EVER dealt with!! Hands down. Jonathan was a pleasure to deal with: prompt, courteous and professional. Showed up on time, very quick removal of ALL things, and left apartment in perfect condition. I could not recommend more highly!!!
