Called to ask about an insurance claim and set up an initial appointment with Karl Hauer. The receptionist was not helpful, she was argumentative and jumping to conclusions about my situation. She was unwilling to set up an initial consultation with Karl, which is why I phoned. Considering all that I am dealing with - my home flooded in Merritt, still evacuated, dealing with issues with my insurance - this was the last thing I needed.
Very thorough company and friendly. I would recommend this company.
