This is long, but please read it through!! I went to this place for a cleaning service in Jun 2025. They requested me to schedule a follow up with them 6 months later, and said they’ll send me reminders beforehand. I received a phone call from the front desk staff 24 hours before the appt. When I asked if I can reschedule, she told me I have to reschedule 48 hours in advance, otherwise the office will charge a No Show fee. My family has gone here for 3 generations and when my kids age out of the pediatric dentist I think they’ll come here too so that’ll be 4
