Response time was under 30 seconds from when my wife hung up the phone. They were calm, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my baby received the best care possible.
I became very sick, quite suddenly, and called Hatzalah, because they were heavily recommended. They are 2 miles from my home. Turned out, they could not come and take me to the hospital I needed. I had a life threatening illness. I will never call them again. I will never donate to them again. I will continue to call the Pikesville Vol Fire Department, as I have always done. They are helpful, calming, and professional.
