Today was my first visit at Hatori vision. I want to thank Covi and Matt for such wonderful service. Dr. Covi really listened to me as a patient and guided me in the right direction with glasses. Thank you do much.

Last Friday Hattori vision gave me an emergency appointment on the same day I got injured. I got an eye ulcer from wearing my daily contacts more than 1 day. They were kind and not shaming. The doctor came in and opened their clinic at 7am Saturday morning to check on the results of one days treatment. I call that over-the-top customer service! Don't you?
I love Hattori Vision. Everyone there is 100% patient oriented. I don't believe there exists a better vision care office.

I've been a patient for 20 years and made a records request for my records to go to Dr. Barseghian who recently left your practice and opened her own practice. I sent the request 3 WEEKS before my appointment and even told them my appointment date with her. My appointment was yesterday and guess what NO RECORDS!!! Feels like sour grapes to me, I thought you were better than that.

Matt said when he called you on March 12th to let you know it was time for your annual examination, you at that time requested that your records be forwarded. On April 10th we have noted in your chart we received your letter but that the records had already been sent.
