I have to update this as my experience changed - frequently - and I can’t give the same review. I experienced a lot of difficulty with the office. Dr. Hattroi and Hana Renor are both caring and professional people who are effective and always have their patients’ welfare front of mind. This office, including the entire staff, is always on time, and I can say they go the extra mile while staying true to their own professional standards.
Dr Hattori is welcoming, whether in person or virtually. Good staff, too: sensitive, and reliable follow-up. If you have a long-time outstanding bill, you will suddenly be denied services until you pay.
