Dr Patel should not be in the mental health field, she spoke terribly to my son who was only a teenager at the time. I don’t understand how she has any 5 star reviews on here! She was terribly rude, made sure she got the money for the visit before we even met her. It was an awful experience for my son and me!! I would give her a 0 rating if possible! 😡😡
I have never written a review before, but this situation calls for one. Dr. Patel should not be allowed to work in the mental health industry. I was seeing Dr. Everett, who was making a significant and positive impact on my life. Our first appointment was in person, and subsequent sessions were held over Zoom. I made an appointment with Dr Bullock and all went well. I scheduled for a second appointment with him and I missed that appointment. I tried to reschedule but was informed I could not reschedule and I owe for that missed visit. I get this to a point but if you are dealing with someone who is ADHD with severe anxiety that is out of control and that is the reason for them seeing you, how do you punish them for accidentally missing an appointment because they forgot about it bc their brain is all over the place ahd the anxiety... read more
Always gets you in when you need it. Very friendly. They are also honest about your plan of care. Listens to your issues and doesn’t push medication.
Dr. Patel is hands down the best doctor I have ever met! She is not going to give you medication you don’t need to bandage a problem. She believes in therapy and medication. My husband and I both have been visiting her along with her associates for over two years. They have changed our lives and we are beyond thankful for what they do!
