My husband and I got a home from here, and was told everyone we send and if they got approve and once there home comes out we would get 150 for single wide and 300 for double wide I sent 2 people there and they was approved and living in there home now I never heard from them again with my bonus
Less than one star is what is deserved.Poor service. Poor delivery. Purchased home on June 3rd explaining that I had to be in it by June 30. Salesman pulled guys off my delivery to deal with something else even though they have other movers. Trailer was damaged during delivery, salesman told movers to patch it up. Finally got him to come see for himself on July 2nd (after he called me hysterical) and he sent me a message regarding how terrible their work was and assured me that contractors would come repair. I started dealing with this company about a month ago. All I can say is, "super people". I got an awesome deal on a absolutely gorgeous most awesomest, brand new 2016 mobile home I have ever seen. I will be receiving it in about two weeks and I will post pic's after it gets here. I was approved as well had hauled in 1500.00 dollars worth of dirt for my dirt pad two weeks later I get a call that said my income was to low. Really not a good business!!!
Horror to deal with! Was talking with Howard B, filled out all paperwork said we were approved no problem and a month later I get a TEXT saying because of a job change they can't help. When I responded and even called Howard he would not answer my calls or texts. Problem with that is neither of us CHANGED I got a second job for more income! Smh and we thought these folks we very honest people.
