DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE. MY MOM PAID CASH UP FRONT AND HE TOLD US OUR TRAILER WOULD BE DELIVERED AND SET UP IN 2WKS. DIDN'T HAPPEN 2MONTHS LATER THEN CHARGED HER COUPLE MORE THOUSANDS DIDN'T HOOK AIR UP OR PUt SKirteN on. Then called her and charged more to deliver it. After the agreement. Do not mess with this company.
If you are looking for a new or used mobile home this is the place to go. Ask for Chase, he's great!!
So far I am giving 5 stars. Howard Burnside was our salesman. He never made false promises and followed through on everything he said he would do. We closed on our loan today and are expecting our double wide within a couple of weeks. I will post another review after it is delivered and set up. So far they have been great and we have enjoyed doing business with them. I will be referring friends and family to them for sure. Thanks Hattiesburg home center for doing a great job!
