I had a terrible experience dealing with this medical office while trying to coordinate some routine care during my travels. The receptionist at the front desk was incredibly dismissive and acted like answering a basic question about scheduling was a massive burden. My daughter has reached out to the nurse of Dr Troy several times as well as leaving messages for two days about concerning issues that should have been followed up on. She’s scheduled for an EGD on Friday which she’s concerned about getting now since she can’t get a call back from the nurse or the DR. about things that are getting worse and flaring up.
