My appointment started 50 minutes late. No one cared and were rude when I asked. When I got back finally the tech was slamming the keys and she was short and snappy. When Dr Todd came in 2.5 hours after my appointment time he was rushed!!! Wasn’t in the room 4 minutes. Then went to get glasses and there were not many choices. So sad this play was great a couple of years ago.

I had to bring my 3&2 year old in for a checkup and my 3 year olds eyes looked good but my 2 year old son needed glasses they was so sweet explaining everything and where they recommended me to take him to get fitted for the glasses thank y'all so much

I've been using Dr. Stoney since I was 18. I've always had great customer service and never had anyone be anything but pleasant. 6 yrs ago I awoke blind in my left eye on a Sat morning. I called his office knowing it was closed and the answering service answered. They contacted him for me, he called me back and said meet him at his office. It was his day off. He took care of me, wrote me a couple prescriptions and sent me home. Then called me later to see how I was doing. So I recommend this staff to anyone.

I had cataract surgery on both eyes Dr. Stoney Williamson could not do laser had to use old method of using knife. The surgery went great, I was able to get glasses in about 6 weeks. I am now able to read again.

The office staff were quick, professional, and very informative! Wonderful doctor he was friendly, unhurried, and genuine. Plenty of time was taken to answer any and all my questions, I really enjoyed how Dr. Scott Paladichuk. and his staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and satisfied definately will be recommending Dr. Scott to others!"
