I wanted to give a shout out to the Hattiesburg Cycles Service Dept. Over the past year I have needed their help with several repairs and maintenance requests. This Dept has came along way over the years and I couldn’t be anymore pleased with their efforts (A+) in professionalism, communication, service quality, and their effectiveness as team. I came from Baton Rouge to shop here. Mike that works here was beyond helpful. I notified me the bike was available, held it for me and was there through the whole process. It is definitely worth the drive.

I am highly dissatisfied with this company. Every since I bout this new unit I have been having problems with it. I took my unit to get it serviced two weeks after I bought it because it started acting up. My unit sat at the service department for 2 whole weeks and all they did was told me nothing was wrong with it. Got it back and I’m still having the same problems. I have went so far and talked to the store manager and even he refuses to help.
Patrick was awesome to work with and made it a great experience. I would highly recommend him and Hattiesburg Cycles!
Mike White is the absolute best. Hubby and I got exactly what we wanted!!! His and Hers!!!
