Originally dropped my Mule off for some “recalled” parts work. Out of curiosity I asked while they had it how much an oil change would be. I was told $139..... so I expected to pay $139 plus tax. When I arrived to pick it up my bill was $214. When I asked about it they said that didn’t include shop fees, taxes or labor..... I’m furious because had I known I would’ve changed the oil myself. Our standard price for an ATV or SXS oil change is $139 plus taxes and fees. That $139 includes parts and labour. However, you were charged $139 labour plus parts and shop supplies as well as the usual tax.
