I can't get anyone at this location to return a phone call. TWO MONTHS of calls and voicemails, and not a single returned call from ANYONE. Then, when I called their main office number (located in Maryland) I was spoken to rudely and told that a message could be sent to the branch and regional managers...crickets.
It's a great place if you have a family, but it's been going through a rough patch because there was no management but new management is in and hopefully it's not another ponzi scheme
Supervisors of the higher branch try to get managers to block bust, which is illegal and also they try to Falsify complaint forms if I were anyone moving in with the disability, I would not do it heads up seven up forever everybody out in public heads up TM woda is better than you
Unprofessional. Put in an application over two years ago, when I called about the status of it I was told they were under new management, and my application was never processed. Assuming it would only be fair to be put towards the front Of the waiting list because I’ve waited the “expected time frame” I couldn’t get the office to answer/ return any of my calls nor emails. That was about 6 months ago and still haven’t heard anything. At least give me my money back since clearly money hungry.
