I would like customers to feel like just walk into a Japanese home, enjoys nice clam atmosphere where you can escape from this busy world and relax and have good food. Have a good conversations just like a meal time at home. We have sushi, sukiyaki and vegetarian dishes and I added some my own new touch. Some of the dishes do take time so call in order, when you in a rush or order to go. I hope you can find this a good place to visit.

I love Hatsuki! The food is beautiful in an artistic style, and tastes great. The service is quick, attentive, and very friendly. Definitely my favorite Japanese restaurant!
