I would like customers to feel like just walk into a Japanese home, enjoys nice clam atmosphere where you can escape from this busy world and relax and have good food. Have a good conversations just like a meal time at home. We have sushi, sukiyaki and vegetarian dishes and I added some my own new touch. Some of the dishes do take time so call in order, when you in a rush or order to go. I hope you can find this a good place to visit.

Hatsuki is wonderful and fresh I love Hatsuki's sushi and the restaurant is inviting "what a nice meal"

I been eating here off and on for many years. Never had a problem and feel like I am at home. I would say for 15 yrs and more years to come.

The staff was very courteous. The food was good. The hot green tea was less than desirable. Not sure if it is suppose to have crispy rice mixed in with the tea leaves, but the green tea flavor did not transfer much to the hot water. I really appreciate the nice staff.
I love this restaurant. Especially there sake mix drinks and the oyster shooters. We feel very welcome every time we go. The food is delicious and the waitress is so polite and helpful with any questions we have.
