Great shop and very experienced. I can not wait for them to open back up.
Attempted to go to this barber shop with the posted holiday hours. A few people were sitting outside waiting for the shop to open, thirty minutes passed the posted time of opening. Nobody showed to open. A review was left through Google, and the owner left a very nasty, passive aggressive response to that reviewer. Instead of posting adjusted hours, they decided to state that they didn't need a customer like him who left a negative review because of this experience. Very unprofessional.
I changed barbers a few times before giving Hat's Off a try and have loved it for the past year and a half. They are great, very friendly, and great cuts. Even my 5 year old who has been very difficult getting cuts enjoys going.
Great experience! Took such great care of my child for his first big boy haircut. Also did a great job on my husbands hair .
The barbers are VERY knowledgeable and extremely friendly and kind.
