Hatloes, save yourself the trouble BUYER BEWARE!!!! we had a tile flooring installed by Hatloes in September... the day after the flooring started peeling up and the grout was cracking in spots... there was 30+ tiles out of the 150 that had sharp edges and the corners were pealing up. Hatloes said that they replace 4 to 6 of these cause that's what they felt looked bad. 10 year Warranty is nothing but paper. Beware there is no such thing as Texture Retention warranty, or a company that stands behind what they sell when dealing with Hatloe's Carpet One.
Amazing Value and Service My wife and I enjoy shopping around. After visiting 4 or 5 flooring stores, we came across Hatloes. We had a number of friends recomend them but we thought because they had such a nice store it would be more expensive. We were wrong after checking their bid with 3 other stores Hatloes still was the best price. The sales person Andrew, was well versed on the products and installation. Take your business elsewhere As part of an insurance claim I was directed by a General Contractor to use Hatloe's Carpet One of Everett, WA. Despite being compensated at nearly double what I might have paid for the same work had I contracted it myself (I got three independent estimates), they put me through three installers and never completed the work.
