Excellent customer service. Had a last minute address change after an item had been shipped and the owner, who was en route via airline to Israel was able to contact the shipper and re direct the package to the new destination at no extra cost. This was monumental and extraordinary. I highly recommend this shop for quality, selection and exemplary customer service.
Best Judaica store in San Diego!! – Hatikva is a great store! The owner Denise is very friendly and helpful, and they have every Judaica and Jewish-themed item you could ask for. I got beautiful Shabbat candle holders and a dreidel last channukah, and they even wrapped it up for me! I also got a cute card and a nice gift from Israel for a cousin's wedding. Whatever you are looking for, Hatikva is the place to go :)
