Dr Stoeckel has been my primary care doctor for 4 years now. He really cares. I’ve never felt like a number. He’s a good listener, responsive, makes excellent referrals and follow up every single time. Most recently I was having symptoms that weren’t resolving through chiropractic and he quickly referred me to a neurosurgeon. I was in life saving surgery almost immediately. I am grateful that he made that referral. Otherwise I don’t know how much worse things might have become. I am grateful to have him as my dr.

I just switched to you as a primary care provider through my insurance company)and can’t make an appointment because you are no longer a primary care provider. It would be lovely if you would update your info so people, who need to see a doctor, don’t have to go on a wild goose chase just to find out that they can no longer book appointments with you.

First was very nice then second visit when I ask for a test to be done was very rude was screaming so loud every body in the clinic can hear her voice not companionate very disappointing

Dr. Ann was my GP for for 14 years. Her diagnoses were always accurate. She was patient and caring and never used the bum rush, as doctor’s often do, to meet their group metrics now days. Have you ever heard of a doctor inviting a patient to become a part of her morning running group, to assist with their health issues? She invited me. When patients couldn't afford nebulizers, she purchased the machines out of her own pocket for them. Sadly she moved away to take care of her ill daughter and our our community felt the loss. ... read more

Danielle Key is accepting new patients. When I stopped by to set up an appointment and show my Medicare advantage insurance cards that are accepted by my dentist and my previous doctor, I was told Danielle did not accept these types of insurance. So, I had to leave with no appointment

If you’re looking for a rude, condescending, uninformative and uncompassionate provider… look no further! I know urgent care docs aren’t the cream of the crop.. but she takes it to a new level! If you by chance are graced with her presence… run away! You can tell from her more recent reviews that something has happened to her abilities as a health care practitioner that has impacted her ability to interact with patients in a decent, and respectful manner. I hope this reverses course.

She doesn’t ever seem to be in a hurry to get you seen and out the door. She takes time to answer all your questions, and is always available on the portal, if you have a question you forgot to ask in the office. Always has a smile!

Daniells really cares about her patients and is a total professional with a great deal of knowledge and experience. Any practice would be fortunate to have her on staff.

I saw her at the CareNow Urgent Care on S. Lamar and although slightly professional throughout the visit, she did not send in the medication she said she was going to and did not put on my discharge papers. I called 3 times and no response from her or the team. This was extremely frustrating as well because after seeing my primary doctor, they said I needed a different test and that Eady did not diagnose me correctly.
