I would not rent in this housing complex for the following reasons: The management company (owner) treats the tenants very badly by gouging them on rent. The leasing agent seems very nice, until you need to renew your lease. The renewal price will be the highest possible price as indicated by the software program that they use. She will tell you that it's out of her hands "Take it or leave." If you cannot sign another full year lease the up-charge is 25% per month plus any escalation.
