Maintenance is super prompt and goes above and beyond! Appreciate the crew and this community.
Maintenance is awesome. All the guys work very hard, professional and friendly. Jose especially does an excellent job and very prompt . I am sad to leave April 1, but am retiring and will be on a fixed income thus cannot afford to continue living here.
The property itself is lovely, maintenance is great, it's well maintained, but they are price-gougers! Rent will always go up with the market and will only go down with desperation. My advice: if you can, start renting in the winter. Right now, I'd save $300/month if I started a lease for the same 2-bedroom apartment that I signed a lease for in May.
